Entrata, a cutting-edge provider of property management software, is seeking a talented Manager of Product Design to lead our Product Design team in Pune, India. As the manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering intuitive designs that are aligned with the needs of our clients in the real estate industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of Entrata’s product portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Ensure consistency and coherence across Entrata’s product portfolio.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Translate user research findings and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
Create information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and guide development efforts.
Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Expertise in human centered design thinking.
Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a design team.
Strategic thinking abilities to align design goals with business objectives.
Experience managing design budgets and resources.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with metrics-driven design and evaluating the impact of design changes
