As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will drive the sell-through strategy, manage relationships, and handle Go-To-Market (GTM) aspects through partners. You will collaborate across departments to support customers, identify new business opportunities, manage existing partners, and recruit new ones in assigned territories like France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding partners, coordinating sales activities with partners, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving New ARR quota. You will also manage direct/partner conflicts and develop sales strategies, negotiate, and monitor activity. You will be responsible for hunting for new partners in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Must have:

  • Strong sales acumen and quota attainment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • French native with English fluency

Position Overview: 

As Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sell through strategy, relationship, and Go-To-Market (GTM) aspects for Sales at Diligent through partners. You’ll collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure that our customers are enabled and supported. With a focus on finding new business, you’ll search out opportunities to grow our revenues by managing existing partners and recruiting new ones in assigned territory. This will have prime responsibly for hunting for new partners in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, as these are key regions for us. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new partners within assigned territory.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Coordinate operational and business activities with assigned partners, helping them to define sales cycles with new business opportunities to achieve the New ARR quota.
  • Manage direct/partner conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams.
  • Develop, service, and grow relationships with partners, developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners, and monitoring activity through Salesforce, keeping an eye on key performance indicators

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 10+ years of extensive experience working as a Partner/Channel Manager selling SaaS products.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills through verbal, written, and live presentations.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets and ability to build efficient and long-lasting processes.
  • Strong sales acumen and track record of attaining quota – you know how to navigate tough conversations and turn it into a win-win for all.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • French native with fluency in English.
