We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our partnerships strategy in the Japan region. Reporting into the APAC partnerships lead, this role is responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling revenue-generating alliances across a wide spectrum of partner types. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of experience in partnerships, spanning both strategic enterprise collaborations and hands-on partner management. We're looking for someone deeply embedded in the Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, with a proven network and commercial acumen to drive channel growth through re-sellers, white-label platforms, and revenue-share partners.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on our regional growth trajectory, partner innovation, and revenue outcomes.
Identify, negotiate, and formalise partnerships with key players in Japan’s payroll, HR tech, and global employment infrastructure ecosystem.
Lead the full lifecycle of partner relationships — from sourcing and onboarding through enablement, growth, and retention — for both tactical and strategic partnerships.
Drive measurable revenue outcomes through a variety of partner models including traditional referrals, re-sellers, and white-label arrangements.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to co-design and execute go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions.
Develop and execute regional co-marketing strategies including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and case studies in collaboration with partners.
