Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Senior Producer who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about driving the game development process. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game features on time and within scope. With 7+ years of production experience and at least two shipped games, you’ll bring expertise in managing complex workflows, fostering clear communication, and leading teams through efficient production processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate strike teams, including developers, artists, designers, and QA, ensuring alignment on project goals and deadlines.
  • Agile Management: Implement and maintain agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Jira Administration: Manage and optimize project tracking in Jira, ensuring transparency and effective task prioritization.
  • Sprint Management: Oversee sprint cycles, remove blockers, and ensure key objectives are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep executives and department leads updated with regular, clear status reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to meet quality standards for each milestone.

The skills you need:

  • Experience: 7+ years in game production, with two shipped titles (PC, Console, or Mobile).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Jira for project tracking, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving & Time Management: Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills to manage workflows and meet deadlines efficiently.

Additional skills that would make you shine:

  • Experience with Unity for mobile development.
  • Knowledge of developing games for multiple platforms (mobile, PC, and console), ensuring consistency in performance and user experience across devices.

Base Salary Range: $127,000 - $190,500. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
