You will be responsible for the successful completion of technical software projects, from needs assessment to the delivery of the solution. You will be responsible for projects delivered by multiple development teams using cutting-edge data processing capabilities to produce high-quality, innovative solutions. Technologies include HBase, Spark, Java, Scala, EMR, Lamda, RDS, and more.
You will be part of a team, working in a stimulating, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement within an agile development process, delivering creative, high-quality solutions.

As part of the PMO team, you’ll:
- You will ensure that plans are maintained to enable expected delivery
- Project progress – to initiate corrective action where necessary
- You will create and execute project plans – to revise appropriately to meet changing needs/requirements
- You will Monitor and report on progress against plan and budget to Program Leader
- You will ensure regular project progress - reporting meetings with project staff
- You will manage of a multi-stream of projects through full SDLC
- You will apply an Agile methodology appropriately to enforce project standards
About You:
- You have 8+ years of project management experience - managing medium to high complexity projects
- You will be PMI/IPMA certified
- You have experience delivering projects in Agile environments
- You have exposure to AWS based development projects
- You have experience using Jira, Workday Projects and Power BI
- You have knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP
- You have strong analytical skills, with a logical and structured mindset
- You have decision making ability and proven leadership skills
- You have delivery experience within the software industry, with a focus on quality and knowledge of existing/emerging technologies
- You understand software development from conception of initial requirements through to delivery, maintenance and support
