Job Details
Senior QA Automation Engineer
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. Your expertise will be essential for designing, prototyping, and maintaining automated QA systems and pipelines. You will be working with and mentoring a team of Automation Engineers and QA Testers. You will also collaborate closely with different departments on large-scale implementations to automate and optimize our testing. If you have experience in this area, a critical and results-focused mindset, and the ability to convert ideas and concepts into tools and systems, we would love to hear from you!
Job Description
- Overlooking and improving QA automation
- Overseeing, designing, prototyping, and implementing new automated QA processes and pipelines in cooperation with other QA engineers and QA testers
- Maintaining an overall awareness of the project
- Providing suggestions when you find feature/system/pipeline defects or analysis flaws
- Providing regular performance reviews/feedback
- Identifying skilled talents on the QA team and mentoring/helping them to grow their technical skills in terms of automation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position (3+ years)
- Strong critical, self-critical, and analytical thinking
- Ability to set up and adjust automated QA pipelines in all stages of game development
- Strong understanding of OO design
- Willingness to learn our in-house scripting language Enforce
- Experience with console development
- Advanced experience with Jenkins and/or other CI/CD tools
- Advanced experience with profiling/debugging tools such as Tracy
- English language for daily communication (C1 or higher)
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with BI games and engine
- Experience with software like Selenium / JMeter / Postman / RestAssured
- Experience with game content creation
