• Overlooking and improving QA automation
• Overseeing, designing, prototyping, and implementing new automated QA processes and pipelines in cooperation with other QA engineers and QA testers
• Maintaining an overall awareness of the project
• Providing suggestions when you find feature/system/pipeline defects or analysis flaws
• Providing regular performance reviews/feedback
• Identifying skilled talents on the QA team and mentoring/helping them to grow their technical skills in terms of automation

• Previous experience in a similar position (3+ years)
• Strong critical, self-critical, and analytical thinking
• Ability to set up and adjust automated QA pipelines in all stages of game development
• Strong understanding of OO design
• Willingness to learn our in-house scripting language Enforce
• Experience with console development
• Advanced experience with Jenkins and/or other CI/CD tools
• Advanced experience with profiling/debugging tools such as Tracy
• English language for daily communication (C1 or higher)

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with BI games and engine
• Experience with software like Selenium / JMeter / Postman / RestAssured
• Experience with game content creation
