We are seeking a strong technical leader to join our team as a Principal Quality Software Engineer for the Data connector team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of product quality and is driven to solve complex problems at every level. Balbix consumes data from many different sources such as servers, switches, routers, cloud connectors, etc. You will be responsible for the design and development of innovative automation strategies to validate the Balbix Ingestion services.

You Will :

Responsible for developing test strategies to validate continuous streaming ingestions from 3rd party SaaS connectors, network security tools, CMDB, GRC tools, etc.
Work on validating data streaming (Kafka or RabbitMQ) & ETL using white box & black box test strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop use case scenarios for testing new features.
Provide thorough technical leadership in designing and developing testing frameworks for various types of tests, such as fault and long-running tests.
Responsible for establishing new tools & QE methodologies across the QE organization.
Actively participate and provide technical inputs during the product development cycle.
Develop and enhance the REST API/UI automation framework, write and review testing code, debug failures, and integrate applications with third-party web services.
Develop scalable back-end components to improve application performance.
Responsible for mentoring other team members & grooming the team from scratch.

Intuitive in using the right type of models to address different product needs
Curious about the world and your profession, constant learner
Able to work in a startup environment, optimized for high-velocity feature delivery
