Based in our Santa Monica, CA office, the Senior Vice President, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities - US, is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s real estate and facilities operations within the United States. This includes leading strategic planning, acquisitions, lease management, facilities operations, and sustainability efforts across the U.S. portfolio. The SVP will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that real estate strategies align with business objectives and support a productive, safe, and sustainable workplace environment for employees. The role requires a strong focus on financial management, operational excellence, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
How You’ll CREATE:
Real Estate Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute a U.S.-focused real estate strategy that aligns with the
company’s operational and growth objectives.
• Oversee site selection, property acquisitions, lease negotiations, and space
optimization to ensure efficient and cost-effective use of real estate assets.
• Assess and manage real estate risk, market trends, and potential growth
opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
• Responsible for oversight of all construction management programs and priorities.
Facilities Management & Operations:
• Direct all facilities management operations, including maintenance, vendor
management, safety, and space planning for U.S. locations.
Implement policies and standards for facilities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements and deliver a positive employee experience.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring high standards for building
functionality, safety, cleanliness, and employee amenities.
Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility:
• Drive sustainability initiatives across U.S. facilities, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building practices to support corporate ESG goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement environmentally responsible programs that reduce the environmental footprint of U.S. facilities.
Financial Oversight and Cost Management:
• Develop, manage, and report on the U.S. real estate and facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expense analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient space utilization, vendor negotiation, and resource optimization.
• Partner with finance and procurement teams to ensure financial performance aligns with business objectives and targets.
Leadership and Team Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate and facilities professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support for team members’ professional development to build a highly skilled, responsive, and customer-focused team.
• Establish strong partnerships with other departments, including Finance, HR, IT, and business units, to align real estate and workplace initiatives with broader
organizational goals.
Bring Your VIBE:
• Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facilities Management Professional (FMP),
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), or similar certifications.
• 12+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or related fields, with a proven record of strategic and operational success.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, facilities management best practices, and project management.
• Experience managing large and diverse property portfolios, with strong capabilities in lease negotiation, property acquisitions, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in sustainability initiatives, environmental compliance, and workplace strategy.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change at the enterprise level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:
$218,500 - $362,450The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
