Job Description

LeoVegas Group is seeking a Sportsbook Supplier Coordinator to join their Bookmaking team within the Product & Technology vertical. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between LeoVegas and external Sportsbook suppliers, managing day-to-day communications, supporting product launches, and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve commercial objectives. The coordinator will work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement, offering a dynamic entry into the operational and strategic aspects of Sportsbook within the iGaming industry. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking supplier deliverables, product updates, issue resolutions, and supporting new provider integrations while maintaining documentation and ownership of supplier reporting.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

As a Sportsbook Supplier Coordinator at LeoVegas Group, you will be part of our passionate Bookmaking team, which sits within the Product & Technology vertical. This team ensures we deliver a top-tier Sportsbook product across all our brands, offering world-class user experiences and offering.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between LeoVegas and our external Sportsbook suppliers, coordinating day-to-day communications, supporting product rollouts, and ensuring smooth collaboration to meet commercial goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to optimise performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This is an exciting role for someone eager to dive into the operational and strategic side of Sportsbook in a dynamic, fast-paced iGaming environment.

 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

        Acting as the main point of contact between LeoVegas and external Sportsbook suppliers

        Coordinating and tracking supplier deliverables, product updates, and issue resolutions

        Supporting the rollout of new provider(s) integrations and ensuring alignment across teams

        Monitoring supplier performance and proactively flagging risks or opportunities

        Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Compliance, and Finance to ensure smooth product operations

        Maintaining documentation and processes for supplier coordination

        Ownership of the delivery of supplier scheduled and/or ad-hoc reporting

 


OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

        Previous experience in a coordination or supplier-facing role, preferably within iGaming or tech

        Strong organisational and communication skills

        Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

        A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities

        Familiarity with Sportsbook products or digital platforms
 

NICE TO HAVES

        Experience working with third-party providers in a regulated industry

        Understanding of Sportsbook operations and betting markets
