The Sr. Director, Experience Strategy role involves managing strategists and their day-to-day client strategy needs. Responsibilities include guiding customer and business-centric insights, crafting innovative strategic deliverables, and managing client relationships. The role requires a visionary leader who can develop strategies based on customer insights, foster a collaborative work environment, and direct new business efforts. The director will also mentor team members and drive clients' brand and business success through digital experiences. They will lead by crafting strategies built on innovative brand/customer experience insights and opportunities (Consumers/Culture, Company/Brand, Competitors, Category, Channels, and Capabilities), and own day-to-day strategic relationships with clients.

The purpose of this role is to manage strategists on day-to-day client strategy needs on a single account or group of accounts - guiding customer and business-centric insights and briefs, driving innovative strategic deliverables across experience ecosystems, and owning day-to-day strategic relationships with clients.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Serves as a visionary leader across their client portfolios. Is adept at crafting strategies built on innovative brand/customer experience insights and opportunities (Consumers/Culture, Company/Brand, Competitors, Category, Channels, and Capabilities) and with a strong sense of owning client success through innovative digital experiences
Able to not only develop, but also discern innovative ideas and aid in their growth and development rooted in customer and business insights
Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment, serving as a day-to-day driver of quality in the agency's the strategic and creative work
Able to direct new business efforts, bringing forward holistic thinking across the brand experience, framing focused strategic opportunities and driving the agency's overall pitch narrative
Demonstrates the ability to mentor strategy team members, in addition to be able to help manage their projects on a day-to-day basis and motivate them to push their thinking to the next level through a visionary approach to their problems
Acts as a strong client and creative partner to drive clients' brand and business success through digital
