Summary

As a Staff Consultant, Business Analysis, you will leverage 6-8 years of experience in the insurance industry to conduct market and product analyses, calculate ROI, propose solutions to problem statements, and develop new business models. You will collaborate with product managers, owners, technical analysts, developers, designers, and other business/functional counterparts. Your responsibilities include reviewing problem statements, proposing solutions, developing new models, collaborating on product experiences, and working closely with technical teams. Strong analytical, communication, and technology skills are essential. Life/Health/General Insurance domain expertise and certifications are advantageous.

Job Description: -

Overall, 6 to 8 years of industry experience.
Experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Manager.
Hands-on knowledge of working and implementation of projects in the Insurance Industry.
Having Life Insurance/Health Insurance/General Insurance domain expertise and certifications will be an advantage.
Be research-oriented and curious.
Conduct market and product analyses with the ability to understand and calculate ROI.
Review a problem statement and propose a solution approach.
Develop new models that underpin sound business decisions Nature of work.
Collaborate with other Product Managers and Owners to build a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
Collaborate closely with technical analysts, developers, designers & other business/functional counterparts in solution identification and maintenance.
Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills are must-have traits
