  • Overall, 6 to 8 years of industry experience.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Manager.
  • Hands-on knowledge of working and implementation of projects in the Insurance Industry.
  • Having Life Insurance/Health Insurance/General Insurance domain expertise and certifications will be an advantage.
  • Be research-oriented and curious.
  • Conduct market and product analyses with the ability to understand and calculate ROI.
  • Review a problem statement and propose a solution approach.
  •  Develop new models that underpin sound business decisions Nature of work.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and Owners to build a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with technical analysts, developers, designers & other business/functional counterparts in solution identification and maintenance.
  • Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills are must-have traits
