About the role

We are looking for a Mid Project Manager to support our team in structured project management and process optimization. You will help streamline development by ensuring well-defined user stories, clear acceptance criteria,  organized sprint planning and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in structured teams and be able to foster efficiency and organization within projects.

Your responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in maintaining and organizing Scrum artifacts, including the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog

• Ensure all Scrum practices are upheld and processes are transparent to all team members

• Support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation

• Support in sprint planning and ensure user stories are well-prepared with clear acceptance criteria

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of project challenges.

• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary

• Ensure structured and efficient project execution using Agile methodologies

• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

We will be a match if you…

• have 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a structured environment (corporate, software house etc.)

• have experience working with structured project management methodologies

• are skilled in using tools dedicated to project management and knowledge storage, especially Jira and Confluence

• are familiar with project frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and version control systems pipelines

• like to propose ideas and actively seek improvements

• find yourself well while working on several projects simultaneously, and in fast changing circumstances

• can ensure well-defined project scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria before development begins

• have a very good command of written and spoken English, and feel comfortable facilitating meetings with English-speaking clients.
