Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Cooperating closely with Office Manager and other back office team members.
• Coordinating business travel for employees (booking accommodation, tickets).
• Coordinating the purchase of trainings and reimbursement process of business trips.
• Acting as a point of contact for external service providers, eg. lawyers, building administrators, etc.
• Supporting company’s internal events organisation.
• Entering invoices into the system, working closely with the Accounting department.
• Taking care of the office space.
• Taking care of documents flow and archiving.

Requirements

• A least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good organisational skills.
• Flexibility.
