About the Team:
The Audience Connect team is a newly formed team at King, responsible for shaping the audience and marketing technology strategy across all platforms. Our mission is to equip game teams with the tools, data, and strategies needed to deliver consistent, seamless, and impactful player conversations. By driving capabilities that unify and expand audiences across marketing, ads, and games, we aim to enable a new standard for audience engagement and growth.
Role Overview:
As Senior Product Manager for the Audience Connect team, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the strategy, tools, and processes that enable King’s game teams to manage, grow, and engage player audiences more effectively. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Audience Connect, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee key Marketing Technology initiatives, and ensure alignment with King’s broader business goals. You’ll work closely with engineering teams across the organization to ensure seamless implementation and measurable impact.
We are looking to hire this role as a 12 month FTC.
Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for audience management tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
Evaluate opportunities for business impact and strategic alignment; collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to develop optimal solutions
Partner with Consumer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Ads, Technology, and game teams to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, driving alignment and clear communication.
Drive the evaluation, adoption, and optimization of marketing technology platforms, such as customer data, engagement and attribution platforms.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and maximize ROI.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the success of audience management initiatives.
Leverage analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Develop playbooks and training materials to empower decentralized teams to manage audiences and use MarTech independently.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to establish best practices.
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, or a data-driven environment.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, audience segmentation, and data platforms. Experience with tools like Braze, mParticle, and Appsflyer is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
Collaboration: Proven track record of driving alignment and fostering collaboration across diverse, matrixed teams.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions.
