Oversee and control inventory within the Subassembly department to ensure accuracy and availability of parts.
Assign and manage daily work schedules for department personnel to meet production demands.
Identify and resolve negative inventory issues, ensuring alignment with work orders and production schedules.
Maintain proper documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Learn new processes, technologies, and methodologies to enhance department efficiency and train team members accordingly.
Team Management & Development
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and professional development.
Approve and manage employee timecards, Paid Time Off (PTO), and attendance records to maintain workforce efficiency.
Lead performance evaluations, including mid-year and year-end reviews, to assess employee contributions and set future goals.
Provide training and cross-training across all department functions to enhance team capabilities and operational flexibility.
Complete all other duties as assigned
1 to 2 years of leadership experience in gaming, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related operations field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and D365 or similar ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production and inventory issues.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
