Summary

Problem-solving, process improvement, and effective team leadership are crucial aspects of this position.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in Production Supervision (Plastic Injection Molding)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001 compliance knowledge

Job Description

Job Description:

  • Daily monitoring of production processes and methods to ensure performance, product aesthetics and safety standards are achieved in Plastic Injection Molding / Finish Good production.
  • Identify and implement people initiatives, which directly improve product quality and eliminate non-value-added work to ensure cost effective, product quality is achieved.
  • Identify problems and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve process / product quality.
  • Coordinate with support departments (Facilities and Engineering) to ensure that process equipment and line tooling undergo regular Preventative and Line Maintenance at the appropriate times.
  • Implement and maintain systems / procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001
  • Provide assistance, support, instruction and motivation of all subordinates in order to get positive result to support department objectives.
  • Supervise production labor distribution and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved and customers’ requirements are met on a timely basis.
  • Supervise labor costs through the effective use of resources, thus achieving the production primary processes efficiency targets and attaining Labor Rate predictions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Formal Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Working Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience as Supervisor Production in Plastic Injection Molding or Finish Good
  • Competencies:
  1. Strong leadership, able to drive team to meet the goal & make improvement.
  2. People development, able to develop Team Leaders.
  3. Good communication in English (orally and written)
  4. Team Player, work as a team.
  5. Proactive and result oriented
  6. Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  8. Willing to work in rotating of 3 shifts basis from Monday to Saturday.
  9. Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.
