Job Description

This System Team Lead position in Seoul, Korea requires 7+ years of automotive experience and 5+ years of C/C++ programming. The role involves integrating a parking platform with an OEM system, coordinating with various stakeholders (car maker, Tier 1, SW provider), and leading a team of System Engineers. Responsibilities include requirements management, system validation, SW development and integration, and serving as the technical point of contact for the product. A strong understanding of SW quality guidelines (ASPICE) and embedded SW development is essential.

Must have:

7+ years automotive experience
5+ years C/C++ programming
ADAS System Engineer experience
ASPICE knowledge
Embedded SW development
Team leadership

Project description

Integration of client's parking platform with OEM's system.

Responsibilities

Coordination with the customer (car-maker), Tier1 and SW service provider

Ownership of function, being a single-point of contact for technical questions about the product (HW+SW)

Leading a team of System Engineers

Leading of requirements discovery and management, breaking down of high-level requirements into system requirements.

Providing guidance on system validation, SW development and integration on target HW platform

Support of the development team through hull implementations of the essential functional parts

Skills

Must have

7+ years of experience in the automotive environment

5+ years of C/C++ programming experience

Experience as System Engineer, System Architect, System Lead or Function Owner in ADAS area

Detailed knowledge of SW quality guidelines and processes (ASPICE)

SW development experience in the embedded area

Nice to have

DOORS
