Job Description

Your Role:

 👀 Strategic Vision: Develop and refine our talent acquisition strategy, crafting innovative initiatives and robust processes to elevate our global talent acquisition team to new heights.

 🏆 Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding, enhancing our employer brand and attracting top tier talent.

 🏋 Partnership Powerhouse: Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to understand business objectives and tailor our talent acquisition efforts accordingly, driving us closer to our goals.

 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development while ensuring high performance and quality work.

 📈 Data-Driven Excellence: Analyse key metrics and trends to continuously improve our recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and driving impactful change.

 👩🏻‍💼 Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with stakeholders across the business, staying informed about hiring needs and business performance to better support our talent acquisition efforts.

 📊 Reporting Rockstar: Provide regular reports on KPIs, projects, and deliverables, keeping key stakeholders in the loop and informed about our progress.

  Process Perfection: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures to streamline our processes and share best practices with our global teams.

 🧲 Innovative Sourcing: Utilize all available resources to proactively source candidates, identifying new and financially feasible sources to expand our talent pool.

 💹 Market Insight Maven: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to provide strategic guidance to our internal clients and stakeholders.

 🦄 Brand Ambassador: Collaborate with our employer branding team to develop effective attraction campaigns, showcasing Evolution as an employer of choice.

 🍱 Customer Service Extraordinaire: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the talent acquisition process, ensuring candidates receive the best possible experience.

 💶 Financial Stewardship: Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of the talent acquisition budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact.

 🚣🏻‍♂️ HR Collaboration: Partner with members of the HR team on cross functional projects and initiatives, contributing your expertise to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Background:

- Dutch Fluency: Fluent in Dutch, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with candidates and stakeholders in the local language. 

- Mass Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in managing mass recruitment processes, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results. 

- International Exposure: Experience working in an international environment, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 

- Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices. 

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. 

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in leveraging technology and digital tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience. 

- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach, empowering team members to excel and achieve their full potential.
