We're on the lookout for a User Acquisition (UA) Manager to enhance our dynamic marketing team and help expand our thriving player community. The ideal candidate will possess keen business acumen, outstanding creativity, strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for scaling operations efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire user acquisition funnel, from integrating new traffic sources and managing campaigns to collaborating with the creative team to develop top-tier advertising creatives.
  • Experiment with new creative styles and concepts through rigorous measuring and testing.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize revenue potential.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to perform in-depth performance analysis and optimizations for our most impactful players.
  • Identify and experiment with user acquisition strategies that significantly increase daily active users (DAU) and revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key acquisition partners to align their efforts with our goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in mobile web user acquisition for real money casino at scale.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on self-serve advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and action plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an eagerness to further develop technical skills.
  • Strong logical thinking with a knack for identifying and seizing new opportunities to challenge the conventional approach.
  • Skilled in negotiation and capable of persuasively influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Full proficiency in English.

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Mode Analytics.
  • Experience with AI marketing tools, particularly those that enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience managing Self-Attributing Network (SAN) campaigns.
