A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
Actively participate in client workshops and meetings
Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisitions (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) modules based on business requirements and recommended solutions
Assist in developing functional specification integrations or developments
Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
Collaborate with other team members to complete any required project activities
Provide weekly updates and progress on any project required activities
Participate in the development and execution of cutover activities
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) modules (minimum of 4 end to end implementations)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations in a global landscape (multiple countries)
Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
Able to collaborate and communicate with clients
Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 end to end full cycle implementations)
Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Employee Central projects
Experience leading client workshops
When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
