Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Field Marketing team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the field marketing team, developing and executing marketing strategies, and driving brand awareness and demand generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the field marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
-Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including APAC FM, Taiwan Sales?ACE, Global marketing to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and programs to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
-Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
-Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing recommendations for optimization.
-Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
