Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will join our team and lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner. You will help and guide engineers to develop new products and oversee the successful execution of projects throughout the year while ensuring that the team meet Google's technical standards. You will lead software architecture and designs that provide reusable, robust, and well-documented products. You will execute software development in accordance with processes defined by the Company Control Procedures with guidance from the R&D Managers. You will understand business needs and what technical requirements are needed to achieve their objectives. You will become an essential member of the project and bring our User Experience to the next level.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience with C#, .Net Core, Python, or other programming languages.
Experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

Good to have:

Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
Experience with cloud computing platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Minimum qualifications:
