Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in interacting with various government and regulatory bodies (e.g.K-FSI concerning relevant local regulations and ISO certifications (e.g., 27001, 22301) related to data center operations and cybersecurity).
- Experience in program management, change management and communication strategy.
- Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently in order to interact with the local stakeholders.
- Ability to work separately with minimal supervision and determination.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, manage time, and grow in an ambiguous environment.
- Excellent investigative and communication skills, ability to construct, articulate and defend insights from complex analysis.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will help us identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop industry leading programs.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Data Center teams to ensure that their programs align to audit/compliance expectations and help prepare them for future audits.
- Coordinate, manage, and execute on site audits from various sources (customer, insurance, etc,) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and collaborate with the team and partners to help build and drive the tactical development of the Data Center compliance program.
- Help enhance, transform, create or deprecate practices and processes, with the objective of supporting the compliance and audit requirements across the organization.
- Create and maintain program documentation and training.
