SneakyBox is a Lithuanian-based digital creative studio specializing in game development and porting services, including VR/AR solutions, remasters, and art outsourcing. As an Unreal Engine Developer, you will work on various projects, ensuring timely deliverables and smooth communication within the team. Responsibilities include optimizing games across all platforms and sharing knowledge with colleagues. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Unreal Engine, experience with console platforms, and C++ programming skills. They should also be familiar with source control systems and have good communication skills in English. Extra points for experience developing multiplatform games and passion for video games.
Must have:
- In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine (2+ years professional exp.)
- Experience with at least one console platform
- C++ programming skills
- Knowledge of source control systems (git, etc.)
- Good spoken & written English
Good to have:
- Experience developing multiplatform games
- Experience with EOS
- Experience with other game engines (Unity, Godot)
- Optimization experience
- Experience with LiveOps and backend platforms
- Experience with multiplayer games
- Participating in gamejams
- Passion for video and board games

We are a Lithuanian-based digital creative studio with a newly opened Poland branch! Since 2012 we have been operating worldwide and focusing on games development and porting services, including VR/AR solutions, remasters and art outsourcing.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a team on various projects (Co-Dev, remasters, feature development, full cycle)
- Ensure timely deliverables and smooth communication
- Ensure games are optimized across all development platforms
- Share your knowledge or tips and tricks with the team
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine (At least 2 years professional experience)
- Experience with at least one console platform (Switch, PlayStation, Xbox)
- C++ programming skills
- Knowledge of at least one source control system (git, perforce, svn)
- Good spoken & written English
- Desire to improve
Extra pluses:
- Experience developing multiplatform games (PC, mobile, console) on Unreal Engine
- Experience with EOS
- Experience with other engines (Unity, Godot, proprietary, etc.)
- Optimization experience
- Experience with LiveOps and backend platforms (Playfab, Nakama, custom)
- Experience with multiplayer games
- Participating in gamejams
- Passion for video and board games
