Job Description

The Utilities Engineer at Haleon will be responsible for providing technical and operational support in the Equipment Maintenance area, including Compressed Air, Steam, HVAC, Water, Gas, and Electrical Energy. Key responsibilities include diagnosing faults in control and supervision systems, operating the Building Management System (BMS), supporting the sector manager, ensuring compliance with company policies, supervising external suppliers, introducing new technologies, managing quality and maintenance, ensuring safety, managing teams, supporting calibration management, and overseeing the supply room. The role also involves generating and implementing improvement projects. The company is looking for professionals with 2 years of experience and advanced level of English.

The Utilities Engineer is responsible for providing technical and operational support by organizing and executing multidisciplinary tasks in the Equipment Maintenance area, which includes services such as Compressed Air, Steam, HVAC, Water, Gas, and Electrical Energy.


Key Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Diagnose faults in control and supervision systems.
  • Operate the Building Management System (BMS).
  • Provide support to the sector manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise and coordinate work with external suppliers.
  • Introduce new technologies that bring benefits to the company.
  • Manage Quality and Maintenance within the sector.
  • Ensure the safety of people and the company.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support calibration management.
  • Oversee and supervise the supply room, handling spare parts purchasing and inventory.
  • Generate and implement improvement projects in the services area, aligned with site objectives, considering safety, quality, service, and cost criteria.
