Job Description

This role is for a Public Relations Manager specializing in technology. Responsibilities include client communication and management, developing and implementing communication strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and overseeing projects and teams. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in international PR or social media management, strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a passion for technology. Project management experience, from budgeting to execution and reporting, is critical. The candidate must be able to independently manage clients and third-party vendors while showcasing strong problem-solving capabilities and proactively identifying opportunities.

Must have:

3+ years in international PR or social media

Team management & budget control

【岗位职责】
1.   客户沟通和管理
-   根据客户发展战略及品牌定位制定策略和传播方案
-   紧跟行业趋势，积极关注客户的业务，先发制人，为客户提供战略建议和咨询
-   客户会议和客户评估，与客户建立强有力的支持关系
-   项目从报价、策化、执行到报告的全链路管理，进行效果评估

2.   创意及内容产出
-   密切关注客户业务、社会热点、行业动态，策划和运营各种活动、事件和创意内容
-   协同供应商进行设计、交互、编辑产出社交媒体内容，带动粉丝、传播声量和互动增长

3.   新媒体运营管理
-   了解新媒体环境、运营规则和发展趋势，确保客户对如何最好地利用新媒体渠道有信心
-   进行新媒体平台玩法和用户行为调研，紧跟热点，在传播形式和互动体验上持续创新
-   开发和管理社交媒体平台及KOL资源，在适当的时机促成合作
-   为不同平台定制运营策略、实施整合营销手段并监督产出效果

4.   项目及团队管理
-   独立管理客户项目，确保预算在可控范围内，把控时间及流程
-   根据能力、经验和预算，进行公司内外人员的任务委派
-   始终如一地充当积极的榜样，并培养团队合作精神
-   与公司内外的各方人员保持融洽、有效的良好关系

5.   新业务开发
-   发现现有客户增长机会，向客户/公司内部提出新的建议
-   参与新业务头脑风暴，研究、开发和领导创新和创造性的新业务方案

Qualifications

【任职要求】
1. 有3年以上国际公关公司工作经验/ 新媒体运营经验，能够独立对接客户、进行第三方管理 – 有经验
2. 思路清晰、严谨、有条理、逻辑性强，能够良好的推进和执行项目 – 有眼力价儿，也有脑子，能提前多想一步
3. 优秀的沟通能力和理解能力，能够主动发现问题、解决问题，具备服务意识 – 热心肠，能张罗，也能张罗好
4. 有较强的自我驱动能力，有较强的好奇心和学习能力 – 有野心，希望不断进步
5. 思维活跃、创意能力强，对数字内容创作趋势敏感，对科技内容感兴趣，能写会画 – 想法多多，且有理有据
