Description

The Admin & Company Nurse plays a dual role, combining administrative and facilities management responsibilities with healthcare services to promote employee well-being and workplace efficiency. This position ensures the smooth operation of administrative processes, facility upkeep, and compliance with health and safety standards while delivering essential nursing care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Healthcare Services:

  • Provide first aid, medical care, and health counseling to employees.
  • Maintain and update employee health records and departmental trackers.
  • Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of health and safety reports in compliance with government regulations.
  • Oversee the validation of medical certificates and provide patient education.
  • Plan and coordinate health programs, wellness activities, and vaccination drives (as applicable).
  • Coordinate with the partner medical facility to schedule reservations for employees’ annual APE (Annual Physical Examination).
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and monitor medical supplies and coordinate with healthcare providers.
  • Handle HMO-related processes, including enrollment, updates, and cancellations.
  • Develop and maintain health-related policies and guidelines.

II. Administrative and Facilities Management Duties:

  • Perform general office administration tasks such as scheduling, filing, and preparing reports related to employee health, safety, and facility usage.
  • Creation of payment requisition requests related to the department.
  • Handle company-related bookings and reservations (e.g., airfare, hotels, restaurants, transportation).
  • Oversee company visa processing through partner agencies.
  • Collaborate with HR to support health-related training and programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of the clinic and equipment.
  • Maintains office inventories and trackers related to Admin and Facilities.
  • Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to administrative and facilities operations.
  • Create, revise, and maintain administrative policies.
  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the Admin and Facilities Manager

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in corporate nursing and/or facilities management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in office tools and facility management systems.
