We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Lead to spearhead our campus hiring efforts in North India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BPO campus recruitment and a deep understanding of the talent landscape.


Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies for North India.

* Identify and engage with top-tier universities and colleges in the region.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, faculty, and career services departments.

* Organize and conduct campus placement drives, including pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews.

* Assess candidate suitability against job requirements and select qualified candidates for further evaluation.

* Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

* Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent sources.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in campus recruitment for BPO industry.

* Strong understanding of the North Indian talent market and educational landscape.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
