The HR Growth Partner at pazu will play a crucial role in scaling the company's talent development efforts, ensuring employees have a clear path to growth and success. Responsibilities include developing and implementing talent acquisition, retention, and growth strategies; collaborating with team leads to identify learning and development needs and create personalized development plans; leading performance management processes, providing coaching and feedback; building and maintaining high employee engagement; partnering with team leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives; identifying critical roles and developing succession plans; and supporting management in change initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of HR experience (including 2+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner or Growth Partner role), strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of Israeli labor laws. Experience with growing startup companies is required.

Description

The HR Growth Partner will play a crucial role in scaling the company's talent development efforts while ensuring that employees have a clear path to growth and success. This individual will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational growth through people initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and growth to support organizational goals.

• Collaborate with Team Leads to identify learning and development needs, creating personalized development plans that promote continuous employee growth.

• Lead performance management processes, providing coaching and feedback to ensure employees reach their full potential.

• Build and maintain a high level of employee engagement by developing programs and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

• Partner with Team Leaders to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives to support these goals.

• Identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for leadership positions.

• Support management in driving change initiatives and preparing employees for organizational transitions.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ behavioural science/psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or Growth Partner role.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR can drive business results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in HR software, talent management systems, and HR analytics.

• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices.

• Experience in a high-growth or scaling company - advantage

• Strong project management skills.

• Coaching certification or background in talent development.

• Required – Experience with growing startup companies.
