We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter and HR Operations professional to join our growing team. This position
is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts and enhancing our HR operational processes. The ideal candidate will play a dual
role: sourcing and attracting top talent while ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate
closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your
responsibilities will include crafting compelling job descriptions, utilizing various recruitment platforms, and conducting
thorough interviews to identify the best candidates for our organization. Additionally, you will manage HR operations,
including onboarding processes, employee record maintenance, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. This is an

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect
roles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Co ordinate with the Recruitment Vendors for contract positions and other niche requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for our company culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate
experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with up-to-date information and compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to streamline HR operations.
• Help in assisting in various HR events and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in human resources management.
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance
Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or any other equivalent degree with 4-6 years Industry experience in HR
Location : Bangalore
Model: Hybrid Working – 3 days a week
