This Associate position within PwC's Internal Firm Services – Human Capital – Campus Recruitment team focuses on attracting and selecting top talent. Responsibilities include executing recruiting drives, utilizing campus/off-campus sourcing strategies, collaborating with the team, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. The role requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Success hinges on delivering high-quality work, adapting to a fast-paced environment, and actively contributing to the team's success while building a strong professional brand within PwC. The individual will also apply a learning mindset and take ownership of their professional development.

  • PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Centre (Kolkata) Private Limited is a joint venture in India among members of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Network that will leverage the scale and capabilities of its network. It is a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited and has its registered office in Kolkata, India

  • The Delivery Center will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality-based skills

Requirements:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • 1+ years of relevant recruitment experience

  • Understand different academic campus recruiting cycles

  • Demonstrated experience executing recruiting drives

  • Hands-on experience with campus /off campus sourcing strategies

  • Ability to collaborate with team

  • Strong written, verbal communication, organizational, analytical, consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 Year(s)

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Fields of Study: Graduate in any stream. MBA/PGDM preferred
