Job Description

Kwalee is seeking an HR Administrator to join its Bangalore office. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees (collecting documentation, preparing contracts, creating accounts), preparing HR documents (agreements, amendments, policies), maintaining HR databases, monitoring attendance/leave, benefits administration, payroll support, creating HR forms/templates, assisting with offboarding, and supporting remote employee processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR administration experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in HR software, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR Team. in our Bangalore office.

As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for :

Supporting general queries and requests from employees and from other departments.
Ensure all the administration tasks related to HR are completed up to a high standard in a timely manner.
Work with the Talent Acquisition, IT & Facilities teams to ensure new employees are successfully onboarded.

Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding of new employees: collecting relevant documentation and information, preparing contracts, creating accounts in the different systems and making sure new joiners have everything they need in order to start working.
    • Preparing HR documents including but not limited to agreements, amendments and policies.
    • Maintaining and updating HR database and systems with any changes in employees personal information (e.g. address, bank account, etc) or job related information (e.g. changes in roles, reporting, department, etc). 
    • Attendance, sickness and annual leave monitoring and recording.
    • Benefits administration.
    • Providing the Finance department with the necessary information to process payroll.
    • Supporting in creation of HR forms, templates and processes, ensuring they remain up to date and fit for purpose.
    • Help in the off-boarding process: closing accounts, deactivating benefits, checking if any recovery is needed, etc. 
    • Assisting with the processes required for new employees based remotely in different locations.
    • Provide support to the HR team with any other ad hoc administrative tasks.
    • Ad-hoc other tasks which may arise from time to time and be assigned to you by your line manager

Requirements:

    • At least 3+ years of experience or equivalent in HR Administration.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
    • Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
    • Strong organisational, multi tasking and time-management abilities.
    • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices would be beneficial. 
    • Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on-site.
