Job Description

Fugo is seeking an enthusiastic HR Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience are key responsibilities. Additional duties include supporting employer branding initiatives and assisting with HR administrative tasks and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of HR experience (with a recruitment focus), and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role demands managing multiple hiring processes concurrently.
