About the role:
As Business Development Manager, you’ll spearhead strategic initiatives to grow our portfolio, strengthen our partnerships, and drive revenue. It's a great opportunity to join a renowned games company with a rich history and an extensive catalogue of over 100 game titles. What you will be working on as a Business Development Manager
Establish high-impact partnerships annually that enhance the company’s portfolio and our market position.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring consistent lead generation and long-term sustainability within new territories, transmedia, merchandise, partnerships, licensing and new platforms.
Produce actionable insights and quarterly reports on market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance, enabling informed decision-making.
Lead all stages of deal-making, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and implementation.
What we would like to see:
Significant and measurable Business Development experience gained with the Video Games industry.
An existing console and PC indie/AA developer network
Proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships and delivering results.
Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including developers, publishers, platforms, and emerging technologies.
Ability to analyse data, trends, and market insights to inform strategic decisions aligned to our company strategy
