About the job:

The Shift Coordinator ensures efficient shift operations by managing schedules, supporting team communication, overseeing inventory, and handling reporting. This role serves as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with company policies.

What You'll get to do:

  • Shift Coordination

Assist in scheduling and confirming staff requests, Monitor attendance and punctuality of team members, Handle Time off Requests and transportation of the employees, adjust break list in case of any emergency.

  • Team Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for team members during the shift. Communicate updates, changes and important information from management.

  • Inventory and Supplies

Uniform Coordination, check and restock common areas during night hours.

  • Reporting

Sending daily reports on Absence, Lateness or other incidents. Responsible for accurate and detailed incident reporting. Ensure proper follow-up to maintain clear and precise records for accountability.


What You need to shine:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary contact for employees and management.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and reporting processes
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or coordination role is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills to address emergencies or unplanned situations promptly.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
