As a Senior Associate in PwC's Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you'll work on SAP Customer Order to Cash (OTC) – Direct Store Delivery (DSD) processes. Responsibilities include providing consulting services for SAP CRM applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, training, and support. You'll work in a high-paced environment on help desk support, enhancements, optimization, strategic roadmaps, and advisory work. The role requires strong SAP SD module expertise (S/4HANA), LMD/DSD knowledge, and experience in incident and change management. You'll mentor junior resources, contribute to COE activities, and manage client relationships, working within SLAs. This position requires hands-on experience in various SAP SD functionalities such as order management, pricing, delivery, shipment, billing, output management, and credit management. Understanding of business processes like MTO, MTS, and third-party sales is critical.
Must have:
  • 6+ years SAP SD (S/4HANA) experience
  • LMD/DSD expertise in presales and vansales
  • Proficient in LMD/DSD settlement process
  • Incident & change management experience
  • Understanding of MTO, MTS, and other sales processes
  • Strong SAP SD configuration & functional knowledge
  • Business process analysis and development
  • Teamwork and client interaction skills
Good to have:

Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work.  It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.

Required Skills: SAP OTC-DSD

  •  6+ years of hands-on experience on the SD module in Support

  • Support experience should be in S/4 HANA

  • Extensive Knowledge on LMD/DSD presales and vansales scenarios.

  • Well versed with LMD/DSD settlement process

  • Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management

  • Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)

  • Thorough understanding of business process – Make To Order (MTO), Make To Stock (MTS), Consignment, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Rebates, Credit Management, Billing Plans, Shipment etc.

  • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA functionalities – Business Partner, Advance ATP (AATP), Condition Contract and Settlement Management (CCM), BRF+ Output Management etc.

  • Understanding of Contract & Sales Order Processing, Delivery Execution, Invoicing, pricing procedures, taxes etc.

  • Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the SD module: 

  • SAP SD- Order Management

  • SAP SD- Various Pricing techniques

  • SAP SD- Delivery

  • SAP SD- Shipment

  • SAP SD- Billing

  • SAP SD- Outputs/BRF+ controls

  • SAP SD- Credit Management

  • SAP SD- Sales business process such as Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Cash Sales, Rush orders, Individual purchase orders, Stock Transport orders

  • Functional business analysis and development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP Certification on SD Module and S/4 HANA Sales 

  • Experience in integrating with SAP Transportation Management (TM)

  • Strong understanding of integration with other modules like 

  • FI/CO

  • MM

  • PS

  • HR

  • Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge

  • Hand of experience in Tools like Service now, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC,LSMW etc.

  • Having implementation experience would be added advantage
