1. Solid animation theory foundation and excellent creative thinking, capable of independently conceiving and realizing high-quality animation performance;
2. Proficient in at least two mainstream DCC software such as Maya, 3D Max, or Motionbuilder, with the ability to quickly solve technical problems;
3. Possess keen insight into the game industry, and be able to flexibly apply animation professional skills and creative experience to the field of game development;
4. Skilled in competitive product analysis and action deconstruction, able to transform market and technology trends into project advantages;

1. Excellent project works in the game or film animation field, especially those with unique insights in 3C animation or FPP firearm animation, are preferred;
2. Possess basic knowledge of the UE engine, capable of quickly implementing and optimizing animation effects within the engine;
3. Experience in guiding motion capture actors and processing motion capture data.
