We are seeking a Senior Technical Artist (Character) to join our team in Munich. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining character art pipelines, creating and optimizing shaders and materials, collaborating with artists and engineers on procedural solutions, ensuring performance benchmarks are met, working with animation teams on real-time deformation, supporting AI-driven character systems, troubleshooting technical challenges in Unreal Engine, and researching/integrating cutting-edge technologies. This role requires strong Unreal Engine expertise (materials, shaders, Niagara, character systems), proficiency in Maya/Blender/Houdini, shader development skills (HLSL, GLSL), knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Blueprint), experience with procedural generation and AI-driven animation, and excellent communication skills.
