We are looking for someone to join our growing Global Payroll team as an Assistant Manager, International Payroll. You will be responsible for payroll processing and compliances for the assigned locations along with daily payroll activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Payroll, you will:

  • Process International payrolls with the help of third-party agencies on Dayforce (Ceredian) platform for inhouse locations. Prepare payroll audit workpapers/PBCs related to payroll for quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
  • Review payroll reports, reconcile and submit payroll for commit and payments; ensure that payroll compliances and reporting needs are met, payroll is processed correctly and in compliance with regional laws, regulations, company policies and controls.
  • Manage payroll systems - develop/maintain, and periodic review of payroll processing systems and collaborate with all partners to meet payroll data needs and validating payroll information as and when needed.
  • Manage FloQast reconciliations and checklist tasks with the team at each month and quarter end.
  • Participate in the ongoing Finance transformation and automation programmes undertaken by finance payroll teams. Any other task and special assignments.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams.
  • Relevant 5-7 years' Payroll processing experience for EMEA/APAC/Latin America locations.
  • Experience handling payroll audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
  • Experience with Excel functions such as pivot tables, Lookups, if/then statements and ability to work with complex spreadsheets containing large datasets.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Team handling Experience.
  • Exposure to NetSuite, Ceridian Dayforce, FloQast or Workday.
