Responsibilities:

  • Develop departmental workforce planning and job responsibilities. Provide training, motivation, guidance, and management. Clearly define warehouse system requirements and coordinate with customer service staff and clients to manage both warehouse operations and customer service processes.
  • Communicate company policies and ensure proper implementation while maintaining regular communication with the customer service department regarding operational status.
  • Prepare and analyze various warehouse management reports to strengthen internal audits and controls. Identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Assist and guide warehouse staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills for their respective roles.
  • Ensure the correct operation of WMS/TMS/customer systems and support the customer service department in handling customer feedback and abnormal cases.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Education preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including functions and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive, optimistic, and proactive attitude at work.
