Job Description
This is a 3.5-year apprenticeship for a Construction Mechanic (m/w/d) starting August 1st, 2025, in Prüm, Germany. The apprenticeship includes practical training with experienced instructors, using CNC-controlled bending and laser systems, manufacturing, assembling parts and large machine frames, applying various welding techniques, and learning material science. The program offers integration into ongoing projects and manufacturing processes. Post-apprenticeship, opportunities for long-term employment with project responsibility and career advancement are available. Benefits include above-average compensation with 13 monthly payments, 30 days of annual leave, and company participation.
Must have:
- Realschule degree with good grades in physics, chemistry, and math
- Technical-physical interest and basic understanding
- Enjoy working with metal
- Manual dexterity and spatial imagination
- Structured, independent work combined with adaptability, perseverance, and teamwork

Ausbildungsinhalte:
- Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Kant– und Laseranlagen
- Herstellen, fügen und montieren von kleineren Einzelteilen bis hin zu großen Maschinengestellen
- Erlernen und Anwendung aller gängigen Schweißverfahren
- Werkstoffkunde / Materialhandhabung
Das Besondere: Starke Integration in die aktuellen Projekte und Fertigung.
- Mindestens einen Realschulabschluss mit guten Leistungen in Physik, Chemie und Mathe
- Technisch - physikalisches Interesse und Grundverständnis
- Freude im Umgang mit Metall
- Handwerkliches Geschick sowie räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
