Job Description

As a Benefits Operations Specialist APAC, you will be responsible for supporting Remote's clients in the Asia Pacific region with their employee benefits. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with local regulations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing benefits administration tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless experience for Remote's clients and their employees. This is a fully remote position, and you can work from anywhere in the world.

Must have:

Experience with benefits administration.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in APAC.

Good to have:

Experience with global payroll and HR systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
