Acquire and qualify leads through various channels;
Find new channels for lead acquisition;
Convert leads into registered users through effective outbound campaigns;
Develop and implement strategies to retain registered users and increase their lifetime value;
Manage and optimize outbound call campaigns to ensure high engagement and conversion rates (registrations and deposits);
Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to achieve KPIs related to user acquisition, retention, and reactivation;
Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and optimize future efforts.
Proven experience in lead acquisition in online betting;
User retention and reactivation experience in the online betting industry will be a plus;
Hands-on experience managing outbound campaigns in a call center;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to optimize results;
Experience in using outbound channels;
Ability to work remotely and independently;
Diligence, responsibility, and reliability;
