Job Description
This is a contract position (12 months) for a Black Desert Mobile Global Business team member at Pearl Abyss's headquarters in Gwacheon, South Korea. Responsibilities include business model planning, implementation, analysis, and improvement; data analysis and action planning based on game content understanding; managing live service schedules and strategies; executing events, marketing, PR, and partnerships; and proactively identifying and addressing potential service issues. The ideal candidate possesses deep MMORPG knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle challenges proactively. This role offers the potential for conversion to a full-time position after the contract period, with equivalent compensation and benefits throughout.

Job Details
담당업무
- BM을 기획, 설계, 세팅하고 결과 분석을 통해 지속적인 개선 진행
- 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해도를 바탕으로 지표를 분석하고 필요한 액션을 수행
- 라이브 서비스 전반의 일정을 관리하고 서비스 전략을 수립
- 모멘텀에 따라 이벤트, 마케팅, 홍보, 제휴 등의 업무를 진행
- 게임 서비스 전반에 걸쳐 문제가 될 요소를 사전에 파악하고 대응
필수 경험 및 역량
- 게임 및 MMORPG 장르에 대한 높은 이해도를 갖춘 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 책임감, 집요함, 적극성, 꼼꼼한 일정 관리 능력을 보유하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
우대사항
- 다양한 모바일 MMORPG 플레이 이력이 있으신 분
- 게임 내 재화, 아이템 가치 및 시장 경제에 대한 뛰어난 이해도를 갖춘 분
- 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 수준의 외국어(영어) 능력을 보유하신 분
근무정보
- 근무형태 : 계약직 12개월 (계약기간 종료 후 평가를 통해 정규직 전환 / 계약 연장 / 계약 종료가 검토되며, 계약기간 동안 연봉 및 복리후생은 정규직과 동일하게 적용됩니다.)
