The candidate will facilitate EOS awareness, improve process maturity, and support lean transformation initiatives globally. Responsibilities include monitoring EOS flows, driving continuous improvement, acting as a liaison with the Global Sales Operations Director, creating and maintaining SOPs, designing and delivering training programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 4 - 5 years of professional experience in business process management
  • Experience in creating SOPs, delivering trainings, and process documentation
  • Good project management skills
Good to have:
  • MBA is preferred
  • Certification in Lean Management is highly desirable
  • Exposure to Automotive industry

About this position

We are seeking an EOS & Training analyst with strong lean process knowledge to support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Enterprise Operating System (EOS).

The selected candidate will functionally report to the Global Sales Operations Director and will play a key role in aligning global quality management standards. This role involves active monitoring of EOS flows, identifying opportunities for improvement, standardizing procedures, and developing training content for internal stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating EOS awareness, improving process maturity, and supporting lean transformation initiatives globally.

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor and review all the EOS flows periodically in collaboration with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate quality and business standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

  • Act as primary liaison with the Global Sales Operations Director for regular reviews, change implementation, and feedback consolidation from different regions and functions.

  • Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and EOS processes in alignment with corporate guidelines.

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and adoption of EOS methodologies and sales operations best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product Line Management, Engineering, Operations and IT to ensure process standardization.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is preferred.

  • 4 - 5 years of professional experience in business process management, lean implementation, or quality systems, preferably within a global or manufacturing environment.

  • Certification in Lean Management is highly desirable.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to effectively and professionally communicate at all levels (internally and externally).

  • Knowledge in MS office

  • Demonstrated experience in creating SOPs, delivering trainings, and process documentation.

  • Good project management skills

  • Desirable Exposure to Automotive industry.
