At the heart of our organization's procurement excellence lies our dedicated Procurement Strategy and Data Insights team. We are a specialized group of strategists and data analysts committed to transforming procurement practices through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. Our primary responsibility is to design and implement procurement management strategies that not only meet current business needs but also anticipate future demands. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging data to enhance procurement management and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Conduct an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of various procurement functions, establish business indicators across different dimensions, measure the procurement performance of different countries and categories, promptly identify business risks and pain points, and contribute to the enhancement of procurement capabilities and efficiency. - Carry out operational analysis of ByteDance's procurement management, liaise with relevant teams, provide data insights and give strategic recommendations & promote implementation. - Provide an external perspective, study industry trends and best practices of competitors, to help procurement management teams achieve strategy decision-making. - Daily work includes, but is not limited to: market/competitive product research, breaking down and planning of procurement business objectives, business operational analysis and PMO coordination of complex projects, etc.

Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Supply chain, Mathematics, Business Analysis, graduating in 2025 and must be available to start in September 2025 - Fluent in English, capable of using English as a working language for effective communication. - Honest and humble, strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and a fast learner. - Excellent logical thinking, strong communication skills, capable of effectively driving cross-team collaboration, target-oriented. Preferred qualifications - Business analysis skills (problem decomposition, information gathering, logical exploration, abstraction, model building/data analysis, etc.).
