As a Claims Analyst at Likewize, you will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and progressing claims, identifying and preventing fraud while ensuring genuine customers receive fair outcomes. You'll support fraud investigations, communicate with customers, and make clear decisions to safeguard the business. This role involves making informed judgments, conducting interviews, handling fraud-related claims swiftly, submitting data for analysis, meeting deadlines, and adhering to regulations.

What You’ll Do As a Claims Analyst, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and progressing claims, helping to identify and prevent fraud while ensuring genuine customers receive timely, fair outcomes. You'll support fraud investigations, communicate directly with customers, and help safeguard our business with clear, confident decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
  • Make informed, balanced judgments on the progression and validity of claims

  • Conduct investigative interviews with customers when necessary

  • Ensure claims impacted by fraud triggers are handled swiftly and accurately

  • Submit data for trend analysis and support broader fraud prevention initiatives

  • Work towards daily deadlines and service-level targets

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations (FCA, Consumer Credit, DPA)

  • Follow Likewize’s data protection and information security protocols
