This role involves comprehensive tasks related to editing and operating comic magazines, web magazines, and manga apps published by the company. Responsibilities include planning and producing works, discovering new artists, collaborating with assigned artists on story development, and overseeing comic book serialization. Must have:

Planning and producing works
Discovering new artists
Collaborating with artists on story development (plot, name, character settings)
Overseeing comic book serialization
2+ years of comic editing experience
Light novel editing experience
1+ year of magazine gravure page experience
Experience in sales, business development, or promotion of comics/light novels
3+ years of practical IT industry experience (including internships)

Good to have:

Strong interest in manga and anime-centric entertainment
Knowledge of comics (including web and doujin comics), works, and artists
Communication skills

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all tasks related to the editing and operation of comic magazines, web magazines, and manga apps published by our company.
Planning and producing works
Discovering new artists
Working with assigned artists to create works (reviewing plots, storyboards, character settings, etc.)
Comic book serialization of assigned works

Shonen Gangan
Big Gangan
Young Gangan

Gangan pixiv
