Job Summary

Job Description

As a Contract Administrator at Diligent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of contracts. This involves reviewing and negotiating contracts, tracking contract performance, and managing contract renewals. You will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive contract database and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the company's growth.
