Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality and impactful visual content. Develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative work. Provide guidance and feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development. Skills Required A strong passion for creativity and design, with a keen eye for detail.
